Responsibilities:
- DESIGN stunning graphics for clients elevating their interactions with clients and prospects
- TRANSLATE creative ideas and content into engaging visuals
- EXECUTE sleek graphics (presentations, branding websites, ads, handouts, etc.)
- INNOVATE unique design elements at every element of the client’s brand
- MANAGE multiple clients and projects
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen eye for sharp, edgy yet professional graphics
- 3-15 years of professional design experience
- Quality design under time pressures
- Advance knowledge of design softwares (Adobe Creative Suite and others)
- Advanced understanding of coding responsive email templates (HTML/CSS)
- Expertise with video editing a plus

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- IDENTIFY strategic speaking opportunities for law firm partners
- PREP materials for speaking events
- ORGANIZE marketing collateral for events
- MANAGE editorial content calendars
- COLLABORATE on media campaigns
- EXECUTE marketing campaigns across social platforms
- ANALYZE analytics to replicate success and pinpoint areas of opportunity
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or journalism
- Impeccable verbal and written skills rooted in buzzworthy and attention-grabbing content
- Thorough understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram with regular attention to updates
- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines with flawless execution
- Analytics experience (paid social campaigns, Google Ads, etc.)
- Forte for replicating the voice of the client
- Knowledge of media outlets and PR
- Experience in pitching speakers
